Victoria Stoehr Designs values you and your business, we take extra steps to ensure that our customers are pleased with their order and our service. Please take a moment to review our policies:

PAYMENT

Visa, Mastercard & American Express are accepted. Checks & Money orders are accepted and must clear before merchandise will be shipped. That can take between 5-7 days) Please be sure to print a copy of your checkout invoice & send along with payment for reference. Checks & money orders are appreciated within 5 days after checkout, please.

LOCAL PICKUP

You can arrange a  purchase pick up by appointment, local delivery can be arranged for a small fee. If interested in this option, please feel free to inquire.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Please read carefully. While care is taken to describe each piece accurately, it is your responsibility as a buyer to review all descriptions provided, and review measurements and pictures provided before making your purchase. Most of the items are antique, vintage or one-of-a-kind and you can expect these items to show some wear and age. All Handcrafted jewelry is all one-of-a-kind, where no two pieces is exactly alike. It is your responsibility as the buyer to note measurements of an item(s). Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. SHIPPING
We use USPS Flat Rate shipping, FedEx & UPS. Most purchases have free shipping everyday! Oversized products that may require additionl shipping, are clearly noted and you may email or phone for a shipping quote.
